I don't say we are not capable of miracles, but wining all the time, and looking forward just to live the moment with no hope to change or to realize some really innovative creations is just lame.
The only inventor we ever had (Chekroun) died in a stroke and he was only in the beginning of his 30s , it shows how are we dealing with health here.
During the years of higher education, where supposedly I made the best career by accessing some Engineering school, I was shocked multiple times with the low level of cognition of both Engineers , students and teachers. All of them racing, cheating , envying each other just to pass the exams and get a diploma. That afterwards they wind up with empty heads, no social skills ( beside cursing everyone and wining ), their hearts are just hoping to get a job within the public administration, that pays hardly 700 to 800$ a month. They look for another Engineer to marry and end of the story.
My parents are imploring me to go with the stream, I really had a hard time to explain to them that whether they want for me : Success, stability, wealth, Scientific and Academic accomplishments, it is not going to be achieved by having a regular job where I have to deal with narrow minded people Every day.
I had an internship once in little company that offers to the Administration of urbanism and urban planification wrong data : After a survey (that never had been planned) the data were manually typed into the computer (The prehistory) then if some descriptive value like the average is different than the official data that belongs to 10 years before: they change it. I had a heart attack when I saw how they manage to make money with no knowledge at all. You only need some real contacts to offer you the job..... And I will never forget this shitty experience.
My point of all this, I want to share the concern that every Engineer in Morocco shares with me: How to change situation where we are?
First, you need to have in mind that the first Engineers in history are believed to be demons, yes, you read it correctly. Not any kind of demons, but Genies It is said that they worked under the King Solomon because they had special knowledge and skills. We happen to be their descendance.
Second, I do not address those normal engineers. If you see yourself special with special IQ and EQ. Please do not listen to your father or your mother, or even to your little girlfriend you are dying to get married with. Your only way to become somebody in this universe is by shifting from the pre-programmed patterns that we spent at least 17 years to learn. This mass education is one silent bitch that facilitates indoctrination and kill innovation. Those big rich pigs out there, that had inherited lands and bank accounts in Switzerland want you to be that sheep.
Third, think of a goal, it does not matter how crazy it sounds, hell! we want it to sound crazy. Then after plan for it (You have all the expertise you need to make it happen) and execute it. If you fail, repeat, you have been 17 years at school doing the same crap every years and you continued. So cut the shit.
And at last; Do not tell anyone about your plans because you will be less likely to realize them.
